EISA, a leading company in the market and one of the largest coffee trading companies in the world, recognized for bringing innovative solutions to agribusiness, a subsidiary of the ECOM group, joins the collaborative platform of the Cerrado das Águas Consortium (CCA).

With more than three decades of experience, the company has established itself as a strategic partner for rural producers, offering technologies that boost productivity, efficiency, and sustainability. In line with the current demands of the sector, EISA has been intensifying its practices aimed at conserving natural resources and developing increasingly regenerative agriculture.

For EISA, the union came about through the development and results of the work led by the Cerrado das Águas Consortium. "The work is fundamental to building collective and effective

solutions to address the socio-environmental challenges of the territory. The coordination between companies, rural producers, research institutions, and civil society organizations strengthens governance and creates a solid foundation for the sustainable transformation of the Cerrado," says Ana Carolina Abreu, Sustainability Manager at EISA.

According to the company, the objectives of the joint effort are to strengthen sustainability actions focused on conservation and recovery of springs and water recharge areas; promotion of regenerative agriculture and rational water use; engagement of local stakeholders around common goals for the territory; and alignment with nationally and internationally recognized best practices and indicators.

“Through this partnership, EISA hopes to actively contribute to water resilience in the Cerrado, expand its positive impact, and continuously learn from other organizations committed to the samecause. In addition, the company wants to be an agent of change, inspiring other industries and producers to also integrate sustainable, low-impact solutions into their operations. This membership reaffirms EISA's position as a company committed to the future and to the sustainable development of the regions where it operates," says Ana Carolina Abreu, Sustainability Manager at EISA.

EISA's entry into the platform represents another important step in strengthening the collaborative governance that the CCA has been carrying out in the territory, giving more vigor to the actions planned and in execution. "Each new member who joins this journey brings with them experiences, technologies, and visions that expand our capacity to promote real change. EISA arrives with a solid track record and a genuine commitment to sustainability, which reinforces CCA's purpose of integrating efforts between companies, producers, and institutions to ensure water resilience and environmental balance in the Cerrado Mineiro. This partnership expresses something we believe in: that when we combine knowledge, resources, and purposes for the future of our landscapes and the communities that depend on them, sustainability is achieved," says Fabiane Sebaaio, Executive Secretary of the CCA.

This partnership reaffirms EISA's position as a company committed to the future and sustainable development of the regions where it operates and strengthens the CCA's path toward smart agriculture that builds sustainable and biodiverse landscapes.
