Fondazione Ernesto Illy ETS joins CCA to advance regenerative landscapes
The Cerrado das Águas Consortium announces the inclusion of Fondazione Ernesto Illy ETS as a new associate member. The partnership reinforces actions in water resilience, regenerative agriculture and ecological restoration in the Cerrado Mineiro, expanding the territorial impact of CCA initiatives and connecting science, production and conservation for a more sustainable coffee sector.


4th Meeting of the Cerrado Mineiro Women’s Network strengthens collective action for water
The Cerrado das Águas Consortium held the 4th Meeting of the Network of Women Builders of Regenerative Landscapes in the Cerrado Mineiro, bringing together rural women producers, leaders, and institutional partners. Focused on sustainable entrepreneurship, the event marked the close of the 2025 agenda and reinforced women’s leadership in water stewardship, regenerative production, and the collective construction of resilient landscapes in the Cerrado Mineiro.


Training strengthens restoration and safety in the Cerrado Mineiro
The Cerrado das Águas Consortium (CCA) held a training session for 14 field workers to strengthen safety, technical skills and efficiency in restoration efforts in the Cerrado Mineiro. Delivered by SENAI with support from SEBRAE, the training focused on proper machinery use, preventive maintenance, risk control and best practices to implement CCA’s restoration strategies on rural properties.


4th Meeting of the Cerrado Mineiro Women’s Network addresses rural entrepreneurship
The Cerrado das Águas Consortium is hosting the 4th Meeting of the Network of Women Builders of Regenerative Landscapes, highlighting rural women’s entrepreneurship as a pathway to sustainable businesses. The event will take place on December 11 in Serra do Salitre (MG), bringing together producers, leaders, and entrepreneurs for a moment of learning and connection.


CCA presents regeneration and sustainability initiatives at COP30.
The Cerrado das Águas Consortium (CCA) is participating in COP30, in Belém (PA), presenting the project “Regenerative Landscapes of the Cerrado Mineiro” — an initiative developed in partnership with Sebrae that integrates conservation, regenerative agriculture, and collaborative governance. The CCA will showcase at the conference its water-resilience and climate-mitigation strategies, which have been transforming coffee production and sustainability in the Cerrado Mineiro.


Women of the Cerrado Mineiro: network leverages collective strength to cultivate regenerative landscapes.
The 3rd Meeting of the Network of Women Builders of Regenerative Landscapes in the Cerrado Mineiro brought together female farmers, community leaders, and researchers to discuss the role of women in water conservation and the regeneration of productive landscapes. Organized by the Cerrado das Águas Consortium (CCA), the event highlighted the collective strength of women as a driving force for transformation in rural territories.


Cerrado das Águas strengthens gender equality and female leadership in the field.
The Cerrado Waters Consortium is advancing gender equality policies with the 2025–2030 Gender Action Plan, which promotes the leadership of rural women and their presence in environmental governance. The initiative, supported by CEPF and IEB, includes training programs, female leadership goals, and the integration of a gender perspective into the CCA's actions.


EISA joins forces with Cerrado das Águas to enhance the water and environmental resilience of the territory.
EISA, one of the world's largest coffee trading companies, is joining the Cerrado das Águas Consortium (CCA), reinforcing its commitment to sustainability and water resilience in the Cerrado Mineiro region. The partnership promotes actions focused on regenerative agriculture, conservation of water sources, and collaborative environmental governance among companies, producers, and institutions.


Educampo promotes sustainability, aligning small producers with global best practices
With COP30 in focus, Educampo, from Sebrae Minas, promotes sustainable agribusiness by connecting producers, companies, and institutions for efficient management, use of bio-inputs, animal welfare, and emissions reduction. Cases with Nestlé and Danone demonstrate economic and environmental gains. In the Cerrado Mineiro region, the CCA (Center for Sustainable Agriculture) combines efforts for water, restoration, and regenerative agriculture.
