If you wish to report or complain about the Project "Empowering Women in the Construction of Sustainable Landscapes in the Cerrado Mineiro", please contact the Cerrado das Águas Consortium through our communication channels.
All complaints, along with a suggested response, will be shared with the Regional Implementation Team (IEB) and the CEPF Grants Directorate within 15 days. If the complainant is not satisfied with the response, they may submit the complaint directly to the IEB by email at cepfcerrado@iieb.org.br or through the website https://cepfcerrado.iieb.org.br/contato/ . If the complainant is still not satisfied, they may submit the complaint through Conservation International's ethics hotline (toll-free: +1-866-294-8674 ) and/or through the secure portal: https://secure.ethicspoint.com/domain/media/en/gui/10680/index.html
